eva automation

I left GREE to join a friend’s startup, EVA Automation, which I can’t elaborate too much on the work that I did. I was responsible for all icon and UI concept work along with UX wire-framing, rapid prototyping and user testing. The work we were doing spanned across multiple device screen sizes plus a vastly enhanced home theater experience. It was extremely educational and challenging.

Custom Icons

I worked on a custom set of icons for multiple uses: App UI, On-Screen Display as well as a physical remote.

EVA MESh UX Wireframes

Since the EVA system has so many enhanced ways to experience home entertainment, I helped develop wireframes to show how users interact with EVA. Some of the main areas that we needed to solve for was how users would be able to select from various cable boxes, streaming and gaming devices to view from and also how many screens they wanted to view at one time. Going even further was to present solutions for sharing device content between different screens in other rooms within a home connected to the EVA Mesh. Below is a selection of screens from a UX presentation with the ideal solutions along with some visual shots from a working prototype.
